Bookish & Bigfoot creates and hosts bookish events, markets, vendor opportunities, author experiences, reader-focused activities, and related products or services. Our events and offerings may include books, bookish merchandise, blind date with a book packages, mystery boxes, apparel, handmade goods, vendor markets, author signings, and themed reader experiences.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases, submit forms, or attend events.
Some Bookish & Bigfoot events, products, books, vendors, or displays may include mature themes, romance, fantasy, paranormal, horror, dark romance, monster romance, spicy content, adult humor, or other content that may not be suitable for all ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an event, product, or vendor display is appropriate for minors in their care.
All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Bookish & Bigfoot.
Tickets may not be refunded due to schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, weather, vendor or author lineup changes, event schedule changes, or failure to attend.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, ticket transfer or refund options, if any, will be announced by Bookish & Bigfoot.
Bookish & Bigfoot reserves the right to change event details, schedules, vendors, authors, activities, panels, layouts, and offerings at any time.
Submitting a vendor or author application does not guarantee acceptance into an event.
Bookish & Bigfoot reserves the right to approve, deny, waitlist, or remove vendors or authors at its discretion. Applications may be reviewed based on event fit, product type, booth presentation, available space, product variety, professionalism, and overall attendee experience.
Vendors and authors are responsible for providing accurate information on their applications. False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial, cancellation, or removal from the event without refund.
Vendor and author booth fees are non-refundable once accepted and paid, unless the event is canceled by Bookish & Bigfoot.
Vendors and authors may not transfer, sell, share, or sublease booth space without prior written approval from Bookish & Bigfoot.
If a vendor or author cancels, fails to attend, arrives late, leaves early, violates event rules, or is removed from the event, no refund will be issued.
Vendors and authors are responsible for their own products, displays, inventory, booth setup, payment processing, sales transactions, licensing, permits, taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.
Vendors and authors agree to follow all venue rules, event policies, setup and teardown times, fire safety rules, and instructions from Bookish & Bigfoot staff.
Vendors must keep their booth display within their assigned space and may not block aisles, exits, emergency access points, neighboring booths, or public walkways.
Bookish & Bigfoot is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unsold inventory.
Vendors and authors are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and paying any required sales tax, income tax, fees, permits, licenses, or other obligations related to their sales and participation.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all items sold or displayed are legal to sell, properly labeled when required, and compliant with applicable rules, laws, and venue requirements.
Vendors, authors, and businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell, display, promote, or distribute all products, books, artwork, designs, logos, characters, images, merchandise, and materials offered at the event.
Vendors agree that they are solely responsible for any copyright, trademark, licensing, counterfeit, or intellectual property issues related to their products or displays.
Bookish & Bigfoot may use vendor, author, sponsor, or participant business names, logos, social media handles, websites, product photos, booth photos, and public-facing information for event marketing and promotional purposes.
Bookish & Bigfoot reserves the right to prohibit certain items or displays at its discretion.

Bookish & Bigfoot also reserves the right to remove any attendee, vendor, author, or participant for unsafe, disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
Vendors selling or giving away food, beverages, candy, samples, candles, wax melts, sprays, perfumes, bath products, skincare, herbs, or other consumable or scented products must disclose those items during the application process.
Vendors are responsible for all required permits, licenses, labeling, allergen disclosures, safety requirements, and product compliance.
Bookish & Bigfoot may restrict or deny certain products based on venue rules, safety concerns, allergy concerns, or event fit.
All attendees, vendors, authors, sponsors, and guests must follow posted event rules, venue policies, and staff instructions.
Bookish & Bigfoot reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who violates rules, creates a safety concern, disrupts the event, damages property, harasses others, or behaves in a way that negatively affects the event experience.
No refund will be provided if an attendee, vendor, author, or participant is removed for violating these Terms & Conditions or event rules.
Bookish & Bigfoot events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing, social media, promotional, archival, or business purposes.
By attending or participating in an event, you understand that your image, likeness, voice, booth, products, or display may appear in photos or videos used by Bookish & Bigfoot.
If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please contact Bookish & Bigfoot before the event or speak with event staff onsite.
All purchases are subject to availability. Bookish & Bigfoot may change product listings, prices, descriptions, availability, or offerings at any time.
We do our best to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, photos, colors, sizes, or details will be completely accurate on every screen or device.
Custom items, mystery boxes, blind date with a book packages, digital products, sale items, event-exclusive items, and personalized products may be final sale.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bookish & Bigfoot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Bookish & Bigfoot is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bookish & Bigfoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to events, products, services, purchases, website use, or participation.
Bookish & Bigfoot may use or link to third-party platforms, including ticketing sites, payment processors, email marketing services, social media platforms, vendor websites, author websites, and venue websites.
Bookish & Bigfoot is not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, fees, policies, or actions of third-party platforms or businesses.
Your use of our website, forms, applications, purchases, and event participation may involve the collection of personal information.

Submitting a vendor or author application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment should only be submitted after acceptance unless otherwise stated.
If a vendor or author cancels, fails to attend, arrives late, leaves early, does not follow event rules, or is removed from the event due to policy violations, no refund will be issued.
Booth spaces may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another business, author, or vendor without prior written approval from Bookish & Bigfoot.
All sales of books, blind date with a book packages, mystery boxes, custom items, apparel, handmade items, sale items, digital products, and event-exclusive merchandise are final unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error with your order.
Because many of our products may be handmade, curated, limited edition, customized, or event-based, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, duplicate purchases, change of mind, or personal preference.
